They ask for an extra deposit when you get there on top of the one Expedia takes , if you leave it in cash you get it back when you leave if you put it on your card they said it takes “a month “ to get your deposit back. I didn’t get mine back the first time so second time I stayed I did the deposit cash (pesos) . Restaurant is okay and it’s only open weekends same with the bar. Rooms are nice not much around the area as far as convenient stores or restaurants

La limpieza de la habitación dejaba mucho que desear, se veía sucia, en el baño en la regadera había cabellos cuando llegamos ahí y el colchón tenia unas manchas cafés terribles. El Jacuzzi de la habitación parecía una hielera de tan pequeña.

Un hospedaje muy agradable, la amenidades, la zona y el agua termal en alberca y jacuzzi se prestan para un rico descanso sin tener que salir del hotel; la comida del restaurante está sabrosa y los cuartos muy cómodos, recomendado!

Súper mala experiencia que al momento de reservar pedí “pago al llegar” y el hotel se cargó el monto de la estadía a los dos días de mi reserva cuando todavía faltaba mas de un mes para mi viaje. Íbamos a una boda y llegamos 2:20 pm, el check in era a las 3:00 pm pero no hubo forma de que nos apoyaran en entregar la habitación cuando ya estaba lista. Tuvimos que arreglarnos en el baño del lobby. Sin apoyo del personal ni empatía por nuestras necesidades de tener un lugar digno para arreglarnos. Shampoos y jabón de la habitación la verdad deja mucho que desear, hay acabados de la habitación que parece hotel de paso (como el techo, las amenidades de los baños) Exigen un depósito de $1500 al llegar. Lo elegimos porque no había otras opciones para el evento al que íbamos pero realmente esperábamos más del personal, tengo entendido que un hotel Boutique se destaca por la amabilidad y experiencia del usuario pero poner mi nombre en la TV del cuarto no me da una experiencia completa, deberían cuidar más la empatía con el huésped

Buen servicio y atención, el restaurante tiene una cocina deliciosa, no hicieron el aseo nunca según que porque hay que pedirlo, fuera de eso todo estuvo bien, estancia, instalaciones y restaurante.
