"A beautiful property. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Great value for money and would recommend. It was a shame the bar wasn’t open earlier and it would have been nice to have a coffee during the day, maybe reception staff could have done this? A little far out from the centre but of you are happy to walk 40 mins or so not a problem. Bus was also available but couldn’t work out how to pay for that without paying double on the bus!"

"This was our second time visiting Florence, staying at Astra. We loved the beauty of the rooms and surrounding gardens. The staff were very nice and helpful. It's the perfect blend of amenities and self-service for us. We had a B&B-style breakfast and service with 5-star rooms and vibes."

"Our stay at Casa Botticelli exceeded our expectations. Upon check-in we were welcomed with a wonderful bottle of Chianti in our beautifully appointed room. The host helped recommend museums and local trattorias for us to visit during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the thoughtful breakfast in the mornings as well as the evening sweet wine and biscotti. We can’t wait to go back to Casa Botticelli!"

"Really beautiful property and wonderful room. Hotel is immaculately clean and we thought the hotel had been renovated to a beautiful finish. We let the hotel know we were staying for our 10 year anniversary, and a bottle of Prosecco was left in our room with a note, which was extremely kind. A great location to stay in, just across the river. Passcode is provided for front door so can come and go as please. Have booked to stay in again in October!"

"Pros: good amount of space, good location. Security was good, safe area. Cons: No laundry - we were under the impression it was on the ground level. Old building with poor ventilation, smelled musty. Some bugs found. Difficult to contact hotel staff for help or questions bc they use a virtual agent first line, and if you need a person you have to wait 10-20 min for someone to return your message. While it does have AC, it is centrally controlled and managed so you can adjust the fans but not...

"ピッティ宮殿近くにあるロケーションで周囲にはレストランも多く、夜も人通りがあることから安心して宿泊することができます。駅からは徒歩20分程度ですが、バスも利用できます。ドゥオーモやポンテベッキオ、ウフィッツィ美術館などの観光地は徒歩圏内です。オーナーは非常に親切でお薦めしてもらった近くのトラットリアに行きましたが、とてもよいローカル食材の体験ができました。建物自体は歴史がありますが、非常に手入れされているため滞在には最適でした。フィレンツェ滞在におすすめです。"

"Not what it promises to be… The lobby is on the second floor. No one greets you. You arrive with luggage and either squeeze into a tiny elevator or climb four flights of stairs. That is the first impression. We stayed in two rooms so I have enough to give a real opinion. The Queen Suite- was spacious and partially beautiful. That is where the positives end.
