"Everything was absolutely stunning and great about the hotel. Absolutely beautiful decor and the cleanliness was the best I’ve ever seen. And it was cute that they served a little continental breakfast although they are equipped for so much more when it comes to food, full-size little restaurant, which has the potential for so much more would’ve loved an omelette or something a little bit more with extra protein but all in all it was absolutely spectacular. "Our stay at Casa Botticelli exceeded our expectations. Upon check-in we were welcomed with a wonderful bottle of Chianti in our beautifully appointed room. The host helped recommend museums and local trattorias for us to visit during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the thoughtful breakfast in the mornings as well as the evening sweet wine and biscotti. We can’t wait to go back to Casa Botticelli!"

The staff was friendly, but you should know they are not available 24 hours. They are only there during business hours. You buzz in the front door with a security code. "

We had dinner in the hotel restaurant the first night, so good! Walkable to the train station, Duomo and bell tower attractions. Lots of shops and good restaurants! Check-in was easy, our room wasn’t ready they took care of our luggage and we just explored Florence. Thank you for a nice stay!"
