The rooms are within a locked automatic gate, but the area itself felt very safe and walkable. There is no smoking on the premises, which I didn’t notice until I arrived but it was easy to step outside of the property if needed. "Good selection: pastries, cheeses, fruits, cold cuts, yogurt, cereal/granola and bacon/eggs. Good variety of juices/tea/coffee This is wonderful property that is small and quaint, as if you are staying in lovely luxurious home. Located in the best street with the high end luxury stores. We enjoyed our 2 nt stay and the bellman was so wonderful helping us with our bags to the parking garage thats a 3 min walk down the way. Would highly recommend!"

"The staff were truly wonderful at Hotel Piazza Pitti Palace and Letizia made sure we were completely welcomed and comfortable immediately on arrival which was a lovely personal touch. The location of the hotel is terrific, we were able to see so much of what Florence had to offer for dining and site seeing and the suites were very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. 10/10 we will definitely be staying there again amazing birthday treat! "The Hotel Degli Orafi has been a home away from home for my 2 weeks solo trip. As you can see I made some friends while I was there, especially Nicolette. This place is a perfect location to explore Florence and day trips. I will definitely return to this hotel when I go back to Florence. All staffs were very friendly and helpful!"
