"We loved staying in Oltrano. The hotel is lovely, quiet, comfortable room, and well situated. There was a laundromat across the street which was perfect as this was a half way point in a three week trip and well situated were able to easily clean our clothes and be ready for the second half. Breakfast was disappointing. Cold eggs, not very plentiful additional items when we arrived downstairs 45 minutes before breakfast hours were finished. We are elsewhere the rest of the time. All in all, I...

There was a water leak, potentially coming from the bathroom, which affected the living room floor and was reported to the staff twice. Breakfast was decent but offered limited variety and quantity.
The staff were very helpful, especially after our stay, going out of their way to arrange postage for a jacket I had...

"Really convenient location, not crowded at all since it’s not in the center of the city. Everything is close and easy to walk to! The room itself was very clean with two AC units that kept everything a nice temperature. Just be careful going up and down the stairs as they are quite steep and narrow."

"First time in Italy and what a great introduction to Florence with this great hotel in the middle of this vibrant city. The staff was fun and amazing giving good advice where to dine at traditional restaurants that is walking distance. The best part is the upstairs indoor outdoor breakfast area with good selection of pastry, eggs, bacon etc even fresh honeycomb honey u can spoon it right out. In the evening outdoor terrace serves drinks and cocktail overlooking the city of Florence for a...
