"Very helpful staff, good breakfast, clean rooms. Nice lounge and bar area. Very good location being close to the Metro for getting to the main sights. Only criticism is the lifts - one ground to first, second down a corridor first to upper levels. Lifts are tiny for the number of residents and it's a problem when staff are trying to use the same lifts - gave up waiting and walked down four levels."

"This is really cute, small place. The cookies, coffee, and tea available all day in the breakfast nook were a nice touch. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was tasty. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. My only small complaint is that the shower was a bit awkward, with the rain shower head strangely placed. "If you’re planning to stay in Rome, I highly recommend this hotel! It’s conveniently located near the Spanish Steps, and the staff are all kind and courteous. The breakfast they serve is also very delicious. We stayed at two other hotels during our trip, but my children said every day that they wanted to return to this one.
