I appreciated that he reached out the day before to let us know that we could leave our luggage onsite before our check-in time so we did not need to drag it around the city while we were site seeing. They also offered to hold our luggage onsite on the check-out dated if needed. They use an app on the phone to open the front door to the building, entrance to the reception area up the first set of stairs, and the individual room. The room was clean and spacious for our family...

My only complaint is that there was either no A/C or it was not functioning - the wall-mounted fan unit just could not keep up with the heat. Otherwise, great location, unbeatable price - I will tell others who will be traveling to Rome!"

"Hotel was very new and clean, staff were very helpful. Location was great, only short walk to main attractions or to the subway. Check in instructions could’ve been sent before the stay to make it easier, and although room was spotless, few things were missing like towels when we arrived. But everything was rectified straight away. Would recommend this hotel"

"I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, Adele and Miguel. We switched hotels (to this one) last minute, about 5:00pm. Adele was waiting for us, kindly gave us a tour, circled important sights, etc on a map and made us feel welcome. The location was perfect. "We checked easily and were greeted with smiles from Mikayla. The elevator is great but a challenge with large luggage as it's small, but I got it done. Nice location, room was clean and spacious with nice linens and plenty of towels with a nice shower and hot water. Mikayla and the man, who may be her husband, were so kind to help try to fix my telescoping handle on my big suitcase that the driver broke. He actually was able to fix it well enough to unjam it and get it down, what a relief! ...
