The staff were so friendly and helpful especially Giorgio - the hardest working man in the hotel business ! This place was over the top awesome! Make sure you get the private balcony room!!!!!"

"If you order a deluxe room, you are sent to another building that is not connected to a hotel. The deluxe rooms are in some office building/apartments where a floor has been turned to hotel units. If you need anything after a certain time, you have to get support from a sister hotel nearby. Hotel breakfast was good and service was good at the hotel breakfast. Julio made our mornings great. The staff at the sister hotel was also nice."
