"Caesar Augustus has the most amazing views in the island of Capri. After spending two weeks in Italy I would have to rate this property as a step lower. The rooms are a bit tired, the room personal amenities like min bar, snacks, were lacking. Food quality at restaurants was decent but not memorable! It feels like the property has cash flow issues."

Furthermore the hotel uses What’s up as a communication tool with guests, which was incredibly convenient as the hotel always sent us very kind and thoughtful reply to our questions/requests. "Terrible. Photos are entirely misleading. No access to the facilities advertised. Communication was terrible, from arrival to departure. Breakfast was 1 small slice of toast per person. The shower didn't work on the first day (of 2 days), and the water smelled like sewage. Way overpriced compared to others in the area given what is offered. Stay away!"
