Hotel Golf di Village of Four Seasons

"Front desk person wasn’t friendly, didn’t engage with me at all, and then did a horrible job explaining how to get to our room. We walked/drove around for 30 minutes. Another employee directed us in the right direction but still had to find the room. Front desk lady said we were on the second floor and we were on the ground level . "Rooms was clean. Ac works good. Has a hard time getting in my room. Disappointing that the pool was closed because they couldn't get it regulated. No breakfast during the week days 😢"

"The room has a couch in it that had animal fur on it so we couldn’t sit on it, the air vent in the bathroom was not pulling the steam out, the tub was stained didn’t look clean. The trash can by the elevator was never emptied it was full with the same trash over flowing in it."

"Very clean and quiet, bed was comfortable lighting was good in room, air-conditioner worked good, carpet clean, staff was awesome, helpful and courteous, location is good right off highway and close to Osage Beach and lake. Breakfast was good and well kept eating area. No pool here, a good restaurant the silver dollar is within walking distance, highly recommend."
