"Absolutely wonderful experience! Beautiful hotel, everything was so clean and well-maintained. The staff was incredible, so friendly and accommodating, especially James. The area around the hotel is gorgeous and has so many stores, restaurants, and the BEST coffee shop! We will definitely be back. Also, we were able to bring both of our dogs and they were treated like royalty!"

"I liked the clean room and the decor. I also appreciated how the bathroom was laid out. They also added a nice touch by putting my name on the screen of the room tv with a welcome message. I also liked that the controls for the shower were located on the opposite wall of the shower head so you don’t get splashed with cold water as soon as you turn it on…it’s the little things! "We left about 20 minutes after checking in the woman at the front desk was very nice however I was a mom and teenage son party and did not go safe. Anytime my 14 year-old son feels like he has to stand in between me and men that is not a good situation. There were multiple men just setting outside and a drunk man at the top of the stairway on floor three when we got off the elevator. The hallway and room smelled bad."

"We enjoyed the easy check in. We had time to relax by the pool. A few used towels lying around and none for us but laundry was very helpful. We then went for drinks at the bar and met with family. Staff was so friendly and pleasant to talk to. Room was very nice and clean."
