"It was clean only dishwasher had dirty glasses and cups when moved in. Only two towels even though we booked for 3 ppl. No service was provided tried to get some more towels in the morning and could not reach reception for 1hr after went down and no one was there. Had to go to pool and find some fresh towels there. "

"Perfect spot for us as we needed something close to blackcomb gondola. 8 minute walk. From Bus drop head by Tim Hortons/visitor center on the right side. Through walkway then bear right toward totem pole to get to the front desk head up the long flights of stars as will be located on the second floor. This particular room is located in D wing. So where you come in from Tim Hortons cross the walk way to the opening to a little garden stay left and access to D building elevator is there. Amazing staff all happy! and very helpful. Clean, would be nice to have access to a pool but other wise great. Recommend if needed white noise to cancel out some of the noise from the street below and pedestrian walk way to put the fan on in the bathroom. Bring salt and pepper ! lol but there was coffee and sugar provided "
