"Mediocre at best. Some of the staff was a bit on the rude side. The thermostat in the room was fake and you had to use one of those loud 90s style ac units. If the bed was king sized as booked then every other hotel I have stayed in must used California Kings. No complimentary breakfast like most in this price range. The pool and hot tub were great...but could use a re-tileing. You need your room key to use the elevator...which is great for safety, but annoying for practicality. Free parking was good, not great tv...no access to streaming services. Very loud when people went by the door. Some cheaper quality items like the ice bucket...which doesn't matter but was noticed. Overall it was just okay...nothing exceptional but also not horrible. Probably won't be returning as there are better options in a similar price range."

"I booked my room through Expedia and the hotel had no record of it in their system when I arrived to check-in. They had to log in through a different system and then luckily they still had a room available. The room had not been fully cleaned - there was a blue ring of soap on the edge of the bath and a huge dot of some sort of cream or something on the desk. When I went to leave I was also issued a $120 parking ticket and when I presented this to the staff at the front desk she checked the paperwork and the staff when I checked in mis-typed it into their system so now I am left to follow-up on them “fixing” their issue. I do not recommend this hotel - this has been a nightmare to stay at this hotel. Last year they used my credit card for fraud and bought a flight and now issues again. Just awful."

"Breakfast is buffet style; pancakes, waffles, powdered scrambled eggs, cheap sausage patties, breads, bagels, muffins, apples, bananas, coffee, tea. Not great but gets you on the road."

"Lovely from the moment we pulled up, all staff were super helpful, the onsite cafe and restaurant are excellent. The area around the hotel is walkable and has lots of dining options. The views of the lake are stunning. A very nice stay!"

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable, check in and check out were fast and easy. The hotel restaurant was great! Some parts of our room were dated, but functioning. No complaints here. Would highly recommend if you want an affordable hotel that’s clean and comfortable!"

"Guest bathroom not accessible when checking in? Told they’d be “fast” when I needed to pee first… I thought bathrooms need to be accessible to guests… Housekeeping need to clean baseboards in the bathroom. Showers need cleaned better making sure they get around the shampoo and conditioner bottles that hang on the wall and the pillows are destroyed from being washed too much and parking not suitable for the amount of rooms. Someone with a trailer was taking up 8 spaces. Location is close to a lot of stores. It was quiet considering we were so close to the highway. Didn’t even hear our neighbors. There’s a mini fridge and microwave. We didn’t bother with getting breakfast as we don’t eat first thing but coffee was always available. I wasn’t really expecting the place to be that nice. It was better than I expected but there’s still room for improvement. "
