Our stay at La Venta Inn was perfect. The hotel is clean and safe, the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and parking is available. The hotel also has a restaurant on site. We recommend La Venta Inn and will stay there the next time we are in Villahermosa.

This place was very nice! The cleaning crew and other staff were great! I would stay there again! The restaurant service was slow and the breakfast menu never varied. The restaurant staff was very friendly!

Price was good on hotels.com but stay was not good

Check-in took nearly 45 mins, the room was ok but the bathroom power was non functional. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was so-so. Some reviews say it was American style but it was mostly Mexicana.

So many restrictions in my check in with my wife in this hotel, other things is when we connected to the WiFi at the hotel complementary our browser open a porno web site, this is a offensive situation for us.

Clean, nice room for the price. Front desk staff went out of their way to get our big box truck parked, and when someone was parked in front of the gate in the AM when we had to leave, they asked them to move it. The restaurant is a different thing. After check in we sat on the patio. Waited for 20 min, had to go in and request service. One menu was brought out. We ordered cervesas, he took the order ans left. 15 min later we went back inside and asked another staff member who told us they didn't serve cervesa. Okay. Waited a while longer, no one came to take our food order. We went to a place down the street (which was delicious). Breakfast said open at 6:30, but didn't open until after 7.

Solo un día pudimos usar el cajón de estacionamiento para discapacitados los demás días se lo daban a una camioneta grande pero sin persona con discapacidad, solo por qué no cabia en los demás cajones y nosotros al acudir con silla de ruedas y persona con discapacidad tener que estar batallando para estacionarkos.lejos., las rampas para discapacidad no son muy accesibles.
