We stayed one night, the room was spacious, bright and well equipped. The bed was comfortable but I wasn't a fan of the bathroom glass wall. "The staff was extremely helpful and friendly- top rated. The breakfast was decent/ok by Spain standards, and the room was very clean. This is an extremely large hotel, and the signage is not great, which made navigating somewhat difficult- especially finding the fitness center and my room. Once found, said fitness center was disappointing. All but 1 treadmill was out of service, and the elliptical machines were very low-end. The weight area was serviceable. "Alba, the manager, was helpful in trying to deal with Expedia to help me obtain a refund for cancellation of 1 nite - Ill have to see still what the result is! (I cancelled several weeks ahead of my stay but Expedia, nor the property responded.). The entrance to the property was very modern & clean, but the room could have been cleaner. No clean coffee cups provided the second day. Would have liked small wash cloths too. Great location for mall & the .park! Staff helpful!"

Mediocre food at best. Too bad as the setup and decorative features were very attractive. Communication with email got automated responses which was not helpful; however actual phone calls got good results. They also gave early check-in, which many hotels do not do. "We loved the breakfast. We had all the espresso drinks we wanted. There were local breakfast options as well as US ones including bacon and eggs which I missed! The hotel was close to the metro we were able to catch the Metro train to Madrid. Also was walking distance to several restaurants and parks. Even walking distance to a McDonalds, as well as a Burger King. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. I would have preferred more Air conditioning but I guess it became unseasonably hot earlier...
