"Schlechter Service, Wellnessbereich wurde nie gereinigt- ein Pflaster vor den Stufen zum Pool lag mehr als 10 Tage an der selben Stelle. Essen schlecht , jeder zweite Teller war dreckig. "

"Whilst you could say the room was clean, it was in poor state of repair with flaking paint and shabby. The bathroom was in a very poor state with a large area of black mold above the window and around the bath. The bath edges were rusty as was around the bath drain. The sink unit was extremely shabby with swollen surfaces where water had soaked the MDF timber. The bathroom smelt badly and, on the whole, was unacceptable.
