"The staff are very rude, I had an issue with the travel agency, everything was paid (more than 14 thousands reais). I left the hotel in the morning when I got back to the hotel, my room was locked. They said they couldn’t find my booking in the system and they couldn’t help me politely and quickly. I don’t recommend this property."

"The hotel is in a great location, has a very good restaurant and we were given a nice room. But there were several issues which marred our experience. First, we checked in around 9pm and asked them if the rooftop bar was open and if it had food. We were told yes to both. We went up to the lovely rooftop and were given menus. We sat there for almost 10 minutes before we eventually got a waiter who told us we couldn’t eat and couldn’t get an espresso martini. Then he came back with espresso...

"The complimentary breakfast wasn't even breakfast. They didn't even offer bread to have with the tiny to-go cream cheese samples tobeat with. I brought mybparents here so they can have a meal in the morning. Don't count on that."

"The location is excellent, very close to subway station Lucien d’Allier and also close to Sainte-Catherine Ave with lots of shopping and dinning options. It is half an hour walk from the Vieux-Montreal.
The rooms are spacious. Two remarks: the shower tub is very slippery and there is no handle on the wall. I told the people in the reception. The windows are not quite sound proofed. Rene Lesveques is a quite busy avenue. But apart from that, we enjoyed our stay."
