"Staff was extremely helpful in orienting us to the area and where free parking could be found. We we upgraded to a very nice lakefront room with a balcony. The buffet breakfast was also very nice. Beautiful sunset from the balcony."

"The hotel makes for a decent budget option. The rooms are a bit small but with the bunk bed so sleep four. If you have more than two large pieces of luggage space will be tight. The beds and pillows were on the hard side for our personal tastes but we sleept ok. It was rather warm during our stay, over 27 degrees C. "Great location! For those traveling by train, it is a 5 min walk from the Epesses train stop. From that train stop, there is access to a beach within 1 min. Since suits were optional that day, my young girls and I walked 10 min west to a grassy, shady beach area being used by many locals. It is a rocky beach and recommend water shoes. "I had a lovely and very restful stay at the chalet. The location has beautiful mountain views and is near to cable cars if you want to go higher up. The staff were helpful and friendly and made me feel at home as a solo traveler. The breakfast was top notch! Thank you so much and I hope to come again!"
