"Our experience overall was a poor one! For a property rated 5 star, they are fooling people, it should be rated 2 or at max 3 stars, just based on the sheer size of it. To begin with, we were a large group of 13 people (8 adults and 5 kids). Our kids were of various ages, the youngest being 2.5 year olds. We arrived at 1pm at the property only to know that villas have not been allotted yet and those allotted were far off. Then our friends paid for an upgrade, for which they took the payment...

"We had a wonderful time at Wyndham Grand. The hotel is Grand in a true sense. Casino is in the hotel, it is right on the beach with a beautiful swimming pool. Good option for vegetarian during morning breakfast. Close to Vinwonders Safari Grand world. A bit for from the airport but hotel provides free shuttle which we didnt know. But we were provided free shuttle for the drop off. Very Friendly staff. A perfect family holiday hotel!!"

"Staff was courteous. No fridge, pay per view tv only. Bathroom was out in the hall. A kettle, no coffee or cups? Paid for two nights, stayed for one."

"This is not a hotel. It’s a Homestead. I was just a small room, not even a desk or a table one wooden chair. We were there for eight days. They never once changed the linen on the bed. The bathroom was one of those small bathrooms, where everything gets wet. Also had a urine smell terrible smell."

"The room was clean and as advertised. The hosts are great couple. Husband and wife who are around to help. Food options are limited as they order from restaurant close by. Drink prices are a bit higher than the ones seen in user photos but similar prices to all those around. Location is convenient. I feel I got what I expected but in the future will probably book something cheaper just down the way."
