"Location is excellent. Walking distance to pretty much everything you need. Space was very comfortable, clean, and the bed was excellent for sleeping. Lots of light and windows. Host was helpful and able to accommodate my schedule needs too. "

"The area wasn’t great but it was available during a very dust time in the area. Not worth the higher price but limited choices. Room was surprisingly clean and large so bonus to the availability"

"The room was clean and modern with nice towels & bedding. The elevator was in serious need of updating and repair as were the chairs in the breakfast room. All cracked, peeling & dirty looking. Breakfast was from 7 - 9am and at 915 I was asked to leave, two days in a row. Hospitality was lacking from the front desk to the breakfast room. Retracted from an otherwise ok stay."

"New, very nice, high end hotel. Staff were great. Close to Metro (which is not nearly as nice) and just a little walk to Georgetown."

"I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. I arrived early and thought I’d need to check my bags until I could check in- instead they let me check in early and grab breakfast! The room was spacious and so comfortable. It was easy access to Georgetown and downtown DC and close to the Metro. I like to run so I was able to run to Roosevelt Island every day. It’s very affordable as well. Definitely will stay here again."

"Lobby- breakfast- kitchen amenities - staff- cleanliness of room - and shower, all were great - only issue was corner 1 bedroom w pullout was smaller then ideal for 4 adults- but overall I’d go back - good hotel"
