"Room was spacious, although the shower was a big let down. The breakfast is also very average, no coffee machines just push down conference containers and the general selection was no better than 3*. The staff were great overall an ok stay for one night, just missing some key basics to push the rating higher"

"Property was in a convenient location for moving around London! The rooms were ample size and offered great amenities. Rooms were quiet with no noise from other guests or outside. Spa facilities were nicely maintained and offered a very relaxing experience. Breakfast was continental and offered a good selection but could have been restocked quicker during busy periods. Staff were welcoming and friendly!"

"A good location
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
The bedrooms were very clean , but the air conditioning didn’t work well.
The corridors upstairs needed to be hoovered round the edges."

"Pros: friendly staff, area around hotel is nice, easy access to tube (underground)
Cons: hotel is in dire need of renovation. Carpets in hallways and rooms are badly stained (we kept our socks on entire stay), bathrooms are gross, mattresses need replaced and there was a half drank bottle of water in our room when we checked in. Feels like a hotel you’d pay half to a third of what they are charging per night. We had a multi-night stay and contemplated checking out after our first night."
