"I love that we were able to stay in a townhouse during our stay. Truly felt like a home away from home with a full kitchen, dining room, balcony, washer and dryer, and even a fireplace. We had a beautiful view of the lake. And were only 15-20 min from Busch Gardens. I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family"

"They would not let my wife in the room at check in due to her not being listed as a traveler. Huge inconvenience even though she had her id and I called to tell them to let her in. Pool was open until 6 pm. Wife couldn’t get to the pool cause she wasn’t let in pool area till traveler was set up. Causing her to miss the pool entirely. The whole reason why we booked Random bell hop at 6 pm was in our room bringing towels. Scared the hell out of wife. Dinner took 2 hours to get , and food was...

"This was my second stay at Montfair and I will be back for a third. The cabin met all of our needs for a quick night away into the Shenandoah Valley."

"The resort is very petty in charging for an umbrella on the beach, but chairs are included. We checked in at 3:54 and was told to come back at 4:00 for check in. Again very petty. The lady who sat us at breakfast was rude and then requested a tip for a buffet in which there was no wait staff. I would never stay at this Embassy Suites again! Overall, it was overpriced and made us feel cheap all at once. Yikes."
