"The pool was closed for repairs, which was the primary reason we chose this hotel. The room smelled like urine but did improve once we turned on the air conditioning. They gave us a handicapped accessible room (which we didnt need) and the adjustable shower head would not stay up. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom so it was smelly and musty after use. The staff was great. "

"I only stayed at the hotel for one night for an event being held there. Upon check-in, I requested a water bottle and was told I needed to be a Hilton Honors member to receive one (even though I am a Hilton Honors member), so that was the first slight. Once I got to the room, the TV stand had a film of dust covering it. If I had a white glove and ran my finger over it, the glove would have been covered.
