"I checked in at 1 am they were very helpful, and helped with my 8 suitcases. Just a great stay. Only quibble is my tub wasnt draining well."

"An older hotel for sure, but it was clean and smelled nice. All the linens smelled fresh and were super soft. Staff was super friendly and the location was pretty calm compared to further down the beach. The room was huge. My only issue was the bathroom. The toilet ran constantly, had to keep the door shut. Then when I went to take a shower, realized the toilet obviously leaks under the tank as there was standing water on the floor. When I took a shower I stayed ankle deep in water the entire duration of the shower, but the water pressure was great. The parking seemed ok when I got there, but I found it was quite terrible when it was time to leave. I have a mid size SUV and with the way the lines are drawn, the car that parked behind where I had parked was outside the line leaving me to make about a 15 point turn to get out leaving about an inch between me and that car."

"Room was nice, escalators broken or completely missing. I can get passed all that. What I can't get passed, is the idea that you make people wait in line to sit near the window in your restaurant. You're in the hospitality business. If it's my anniversary I would have received a much nicer experience at an Olive Garden. That's sad. Hilton you have work to do at this location."
