"We had a fantastic stay. By far the best hotel we stayed at during our month in the Philippines. The hotel has been completely renovated and only opened in November 2025. Everything is new and beautifully designed. The staff are all incredibly attentive and make sure you have an amazing stay. Since it is new, there are still a few minor points that could be improved, but nothing significant. We will definitely be coming back!"

"Locsation not bad other than road to the locsaiton is a massivly messed up dirt road with a lot of patching needing to happen. so getting in a an out is very complicated if you rent a scooter. large rock in road and holes with pile of dirt to patch holes just sitting right on side and to close to wher eypou need to drive. "

"The hotel has wonderful staff. They go out of their way to assist what’s needed. They have lots of activities within the premises. They have lots of lifeguards in the pool and beach area. The only hotel that I have seen who uses a jet ski to rescue a guest that needs help . The hotel is clean but needed renovations. The room , furnitures are old so as the bathroom. The beach is beautiful with lots of fish. The swimming pool is old and the tiles are dirty. Needed to be renovated. Overall the hotel is nice and the staff are all pleasant and helpful. Will go back."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My family and I truly enjoyed our extended stay at Bai Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt welcoming and comfortable. One of my favorite things about the hotel was its beautiful design and décor. I loved the attention to detail in our rooms and throughout the property. Everywhere you walk, the hotel feels modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. What made our stay especially memorable, however, was the exceptional staff. Kent from the Pool Club and Charm from Café Bai always made us feel welcomed and genuinely happy to see us. Their friendliness, warmth, and excellent service added a special touch to our experience and made us feel right at home. Thank you to the Bai Hotel team for a wonderful stay. We look forward to returning again in the future!"

Henann Resort Alona Beach

"We stayed in a Junior Suite and initially had a good experience. The resort was very clean, well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The housekeeping team was kind, and the on-site medic was professional and supportive when we needed assistance. Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by a serious maintenance issue. During the night, the air-conditioning unit leaked water onto the floor near the bathroom entrance. The leak went unnoticed while we were asleep, and in the morning my fiancée slipped on the water when walking to the restroom. She fell and injured her back. The staff responded professionally, and the hotel kindly extended our checkout from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. While we appreciated their assistance, we still had to catch a ferry to Cebu and then continue to the airport for our flight back to Australia. The incident caused significant stress, disrupted our travel plans, and my fiancée was in considerable pain throughout the journey. While I acknowledge the kindness and professionalism of the staff who assisted us, a preventable maintenance issue resulted in an injury and had a major impact on the final day of our trip. Because of that, I cannot rate the stay positively despite the otherwise good aspects of the property."
