"Selected a room with king size bed option. Checked in at 5pm and “no king size beds available “. Ruined a planned romantic farewell night; 2 little beds. And front desk argued and pointed to the “king size or 2 twins” language in description. Photo shown in room choice selection on Expedia shows king size bed. Looks like it’s their option what they force you to take. They could have upgraded the room but didn’t, they argued instead. And 25 step escalator hasn’t worked for years and...

"It was really nice hotel to stay. The room is beautiful, like the gym and I also run outside which is great place to run. The cafe for breakfast is great especially the staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for them. The beach is walkable and they a Van service going to Dmall and pick up. Overall my stay is great. My suggestion only is that I hope they have there own E-trike for short distance drive. Thank you"
