"We arrived after midnight. The front desk is not staffed after 9 PM. They brought a lockbox on our hotel with a code for the key. The front desk person that left at nine texted me his personal cell phone number if we had issues. We did not have any issues. The place is absolutely clean and so cute. The best continental breakfast I have ever had. We will definitely stay here again."

"Ample parking, and close to downtown Santa Fe( 10-15 minutes). Staff was friendly and helpful. Please note this is a pet friendly hotel and there are only a handful of rooms that don’t allow pets. If you have allergies, this is not the place for you. The breakfast was minimal, bagels, cereal and awful breakfast burritos. The breakfast room was hot and dirty. Stained furniture and floors. Small lobby and gym available. No type of outdoor seating. The entire hotel has a smell to it.. not sure if...

"Stayed two nights on vacation. The bed was absolutely the most comfortable during our vacation. The room was super clean and the breakfast was very good. Great yogurt bar. Staff was excellent and nice. Overall very good."

"The room was clean and maintained well throughout our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well supplied during the entire breakfast hours. Parking was free…which is not the case at many hotel locations. Would happily stay again."

"It was great! Wonderful staff, especially the bartender who gave me a ride in her car to my building, when she saw that I was using a cane. She also bartended the party that we were attending, and served a great Prosecco! The front desk staff were very sweet and helpful. The room was perfectly comfortable!"

"Great location, the rooftop bar pool and hot tub w the views was unsurpassed! Valet parking was super fast too There should be an option to opt out of the cost of the free breakfast and dinner+drinks as it’s all included and we had no interest as we had plans elsewhere. The option to opt out of the daily maid service was also great, good for the environment and staff would bring towels, etc anytime!"

"Charming, exceedingly gracious staff (bellmen, reception, garage staff, cleaning staff ...), gorgeous updated vintage decor room (fab casement windows, working perfectly to allow in gentle fresh breezes). Super helpful and fun bellman at check-in. Love the photo-front elevators (beautiful 1800s Santa Fe shots) and the Mexican songsters trio in the lobby for Happy Hour. Terrific breakfast and service at La Plazuela. Thumbs up all around!"
