"I wanted to share my experience, as it was very disappointing and quite different from what was advertised. The hotel website does not accurately reflect the actual condition of the rooms. What is shown online does not match reality. The rooms felt more like a basic college dorm than a hotel, especially considering the price. Additionally, while check-in is fully electronic, there is essentially no support or service available if you need anything extra—even something as simple as a corkscrew was not available. The overall environment felt limited, with most services seemingly unavailable or closed. Cleanliness and general upkeep were also below expectations, and the atmosphere resembled more of a hostel than a proper hotel. I would strongly recommend ensuring that the images displayed on the website truly represent the current state of the property, as this mismatch creates a very misleading impression for guests."

"Everything was great except they were supposed to send up someone to fix the 2ndary door lock but no one showed up. Room 308 inside lock needs fixing!"

"The pool was very dirty & unusable. The first room had rusted faucet, plugged bath tub, dirty floors. The kid area in the lobby hasn’t been cleaned at all. Very rundown. The front desk was not very pleasant, the manager was rude & unaccommodating. The breakfast had very limited options. Overall not a hotel that should be advertised on Expedia. Does not meet hygiene standards."

"It was just a quick stay. Checked in late and out early. The property was clean and nice. The only issue was that our room had an adjoining door which made it easy to hear EVERYTHING happening in the room next to us. I seriously thought someone had walked into our room in the night."
