This property definitely worth its stars. A splendid boutique hotel run by a nice young family, which they went above and beyond to make the stay memorable. Although I didn’t have breakfast included, I was offered coffee and sweet snacks as crepes or cake in the morning. It’s on a beautiful paved street, which was not too crowded or noisy at night and very close to the beach. They run a grill restaurant downstairs with very good food. Definitely recommended, this palace is fantastic. Thank you

Excellent stay due to the service of all of the staff which was amazing, very welcoming and accommodating. Everything was as presented online and the views were breathtaking. The only criticism we would make is the breakfast which was a bit limited to our taste however the staff were accommodating when requests were made. Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit Sarande!

Reception staff were lovely and couldn’t do more to ensure we had a great stay. Hotel itself is nice with good decor and facilities. Private beach is a bonus but didn’t use too much as was too pebbly for me, would prefer sand but personal preference. Position of hotel is great for everything, especially the views of the sunset. Overall would recommend.

Very spacious room & large bathroom.
Large comfortable soft bed - luxury linens/bedsheets/towels.
Nicely decorated- very clean & comfortable.
Nice little veranda to look out over Sarande.
All mod-con - large TV, fridge, coffee machine, washing machine, safety box.
The host was so kind to check us in early & kept in touch by WhatsApp for our early check-out.

Lovely place to stay - the staff were communicative and helpful, and our room was lovely. Some initial problems were taken care of promptly and they really have good advice about local places of interest as well.
