"Hotel, everyone and everything were top class Alberto was so welcoming and made sure I had a great room with a fantastic Mountain View. Dining was very good and the waiter service was 1st class. "We had a room right near a street light that blared directly into our room so we had to keep the shutters closed. That made the room extremely stuffy and hot. We tried to turn the air conditioning on but couldn’t and were told it was “locked.” The hotel was nice and clean but it was so hot that it was difficult to sleep. "

"This is one of the best hotels we've stayed at in Italy. We LOVE it. Great, picturesque location with plenty to do, even if the weather is bad! The restaurant is first rate with popular Italian and local cuisine, prices VERY reasonable. Breakfast was amazing, all you can eat buffet. The staff is super friendly and courteous. They made us feel more like family than guests. We're definitely going back. Easy access to many amazing sites in the Dolomites."
