"Very comfortable place with lots of amenities, including a mini-kitchen in the room and a shared kitchen downstairs with free coffee and tea. There was a nice view of the harbor from my room. It is close to the airport and a reasonably priced shuttle service is provided in the morning. I had some questions about checking in and the office responded right away."

"Did not expect to be found in an industrial/residential area. No restaurants or convenience stores that were walkable. I didn't have cell service in order to contact hotel personnel that were located remotely. Also did not have ability to use WiFi that was available, but didn't have the pastcode in order to use it.

"Great place and would consider this more luxurious than what we usually get with travelling. Good location, close to the airport (10 minute drive), and also nice walkable to the downtown and harbour.
The only thing that I think can be improved is the check in. We prefer self serve and only interaction with the host if needed. The host communicated that we need to phone them for check in. Since we were using Saily data plans, we did not have a dialable phone number for taking and making calls...
