"Great hotel in front of Hedge falls, near Mt Shasta, Siskiyou lake and Castle lake. Go to Dunsmuir only to get your groceries at the supermarket and visit beautiful Mt Shasta town for shopping and coffee. We took a drive to nearby Ashland, Oregon, just 1 hour away, and were gratefully surprised at the great Lithia park, and many restaurants and shops of this little town. Please visit the Oregon Shakespeare theatre if you can."

"3 days and never had enough eggs at breakfast. We were late one morning so that was understandable, but last morning went in 45 min before breakfast ended and were told they were out of eggs and gravy. Room was comfortable but torn wallpaper looks shoddy."

"Nice for a quick overnight stay on my roadtrip from Tucson to Sandpoint. Right on 97 it’s your basic motel with a Fridge, some coffee and a microwave. Easy parking and friendly staff. There is a restaurant and store but a tip, bring snack and have a breakfast up the road somewhere or 8:00 the Mexican restaurant serves breakfast. "

"We continue to return to this bed-and-breakfast annually. It is an amazing relaxing calming experience to stay here in McCloud, Ca. It’s like going back in time. The bed and breakfast is gorgeous and quiet. It is in the middle of a dozen waterfalls that you can hike to and experience some amazing nature and beauty. The owner is the chef and she is amazing. She Makes an amazing breakfast and dinner and her presentation is phenomenal. We will continue to come back and visit regularly."

"Old hotel between the highway and the railroad. Not good beds but ok. Not quiet but ok when you are tired. Staff very nice, so good enough stop for a night. Accept dogs. A little market and Gas stations around to buy deli and groceries. Very good Mexican restaurant. "
