"Loved everything about our stay from the easy check in to check out. We stayed in the Southwest room. The level of detail was above and beyond from soft Christmas music playing in our room when we entered, the stockings hanging on the fireplace to the candles and little matches around the jacuzzi. Breakfast was great. I can’t truly describe how every little thing was thought of and provided and we were able to truly relax. We will definitely be back. "

One mishap… the cleaning staff came to clean the room after breakfast but my husband was in the shower I asked her if she could back in an hour but it seem that my request made her upset by the way that she looked at me and she never came back to clean the room."
