"The property was beautiful and exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable. Linen was very clean. The amenities in the room were great! Loved the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Easy beach access. Restaurant on site. Delicious complimentary coffee for guests. Staff were nice and welcoming. The location was very nice as well. Very close to many things. They gave me a lovely anniversary card from the staff. A wonderful "extra" touch.
However, I now have to call and dispute my bill because my final charge is wrong. They offered me an upgrade to an ocean front facing room for an extra $40 a night but charged me $80 a night, plus taxes and fees. The room was on the 2nd floor, which they told me, but unfortunately didn't have a good view. It wasn't worth the upgrade, unfortunately. Also the room had a cracked sink with significant damage. Room 221. Otherwise I would stay here again if I got a decent price on the room."
