"Room as not as clean as I would have liked and no breakfast facilities"

"I was a bit disappointed with the property as I found it quite simple and not nicely furnished. The week before I spent the same amount of money per night in a double room with a private bathroom at a 3* hotel at Lago di Como including a full service breakfast. "Very nice place, independent, consists of 3 room, recently refurbished, clean, well maintained, with some nibbles, 2 bottles of water waiting in the fridge and the best espresso waiting for guests in the salon area downstairs. Even the Italian breakfast was offered in a cafe 7 minutes away. 5 stars and big thank you for the host!"
