"Check-in process was difficult as reception closes at 6;30 pm. We were unaware of this and the instructions for accessing the property after that hour were not clearly indicated. We were able to reach the person in charge of reception by telephone and Vincent resolved the situation quickly. He also discussed ways of improving communication with us the following day. "The receptionist was really helpful and kindly let us in to our room a little early after a long drive so we could freshen up before going to look around town. All staff pleasant and helpful. The town was a 15 minute walk to all the sites of interest. Breakfast was good and they had gluten free bread. Parking on site. We enjoyed our stay."
