"Great Location! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I rated the physical condition of the property very good instead of excellent because there were some big stains on the hallway carpet on the second floor and the trim was coming off the bathroom barn door. Also, I found a capsule on a chair that the previous housekeeper had missed. All in all I had a good stay and would come back."

"I found a big water bug like roach in the bathroom and use the towels to place it at Todo to contain them into the bathroom. I wanted to tell the staff and ask for a reduced rating because I watched that area all night without good sleep."

"This hotel was very rundown. We had no cold water, there was only very hot water so we were unable to take showers or comfortably wash our hands or face. The housekeepers were all very kind and helpful. However, the manager was not willing to offer any type of compensation and could not understand why we wanted compensation, because he said he sent the maintenance technician up. At the time the maintenance technician came to the room, we were not dressed and so could not allow him in at that time. I would not recommend staying here if you’re looking for a nice hotel."

"Room was clean and spacious. Well appointed and comfortable. Air conditioning doesn’t work well. Despite setting the thermometer low we couldn’t get the room below 74. Makes for a tougher sleep when it’s so hot in the room. Breakfast was prebooked, Sunday was a pitiful buffet. Monday was grab and go and limited. Was not properly explained at booking. Overall a well located property. I’d stay here again. "

"Loved the location. Within walking distance to everything we wanted. Very well stocked apartment. All the necessities were included. Only drawback was thin floors and ceilings. We could hear all the neighbors. A box of earplugs in the bedroom should be a good clue."

"I have never stayed in this hotel in our trips to Memphis but this definitely won't be our last time. It's across the street from the Peabody which makes it close to everything we wanted to do. The restaurant in the lobby is really good and the staff was helpful. In the alley near valet parking is a little BBQ spot that the guys who parked our car recommended and it was great as well. We definitely will be back."
