"This hotel stay was the best! We were in town visiting Oracle Park and Simon at the front desk was so kind and accommodating. The continental breakfast was delicious, the hotel was clean and it’s a quick walk to Oracle Park. 10/10 will return "

"Breakfast was amazing and all staff were so polite and kind. The hotel was extremely clean and staff were always making sure things were in order. The only thing was our room was on the end of first floor and it was really, really loud from all of the street noise. Outside of that our stay was amazing! We will definitely stay here next time we visit family. We may just ask for a different room."

"Very clean and good location but lacked the amenities I would expect in a 5 star hotel or four season. Felt more like an Airbnb in an apartment building. Only one restaurant/bar which was mediocre at best."

"The room started to smell like cigarettes around 10:30pm. I tried calling the front desk to see if I could change rooms, but after letting it ring 10x and then trying back 10 min later with still no answer, I just accepted my fate since it was only 1 night and I needed to be up early. Door to the room was less than 3 ft from the bed. I am used to small SF hotel rooms, but I’ve never had to sleep with my head so close to the hallway. Thank goodness for ear plugs. Location is great and staff that I did interact with were all nice. Breakfast is just pastries. Do not take room 523 if you can help it."
