"I am astounded at the rudeness of the staff. I called days before our trip and added the pet deposit. Their website says pet friendly. When we checked in, they placed us in a room that doesn't allow pets. They then said we had to "get rid" of our pet in order to stay there. The desk attendant was on the phone with another person who was very loudly saying that it wasn't their problem, it was mine. So incredibly rude and uncalled for in a hospitality industry. "Great Location - beautiful view - very nice staff, that is the really good stuff. The motel is very dated and we had one of the higher end rooms. Lobby, pool area and eating areas have all been updated. Would I stay here again - maybe."

"The more Quality Inns that we stay in, the more we realize there really is no quality to this chain at all. For $150 a night, I would expect there would be an elevator up to the second floor so we didn’t have to carry tons of bags up the steps when we are in our 60s. Breakfast (if you can call it that) was horrific. They only had powdered creamer which makes coffee absolutely useless. And not to mention the coffee was pure mud. "All the rooms have an ocean/pool view. Gorgeous view! If you plan to book at the end of March just know their water slides may not be up and running yet, because they are seasonal. "

"Nowhere online does it tell you this hotel is under construction the outdoor pool was closed down the lazy river was the only thing open the rooms are clean but it is not an up-to-date facility the hallway is or definitely a three out of five not a place I would want my kids to run around barefoot"
