"Great hotel. Pool, jacuzzi and sauna were all awesome and got a great rate for the breakfast buffet at the front desk. Rooms and whole hotel were super clean"

"The hotel is promoted as newly modernized and well-managed, but that was not my experience. The beds were some of the worst I have ever slept on. They were extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Because of this, I would not return or recommend staying here."

"The hotel is in a good location for visiting the downtown area. Comfortable and breakfast was good."

"James was the best out of all the workers, the female manger was not very friendly. We had to move rooms due to the fridge not working but James made sure we were taken care of and always had a smile on his face. The females at the front desk acted like they didn’t enjoy their job at all. We had to call to get our room cleaned because it wasn’t done while we were out all day."

"Do not stay here with your family. The location & neighborhood is extremely sketchy! The second we pulled up to the hotel, a homeless man who was visibly on drugs was knocking on our window asking for money. No way going to your vehicle at night is a safe idea. Our room was gross and was obviously not cleaned/picked up before we got there. The price we paid to stay here was not at all worth the money/stay. The walls are paper thin. "The location of this townhome is brilliantly close to Baylor! It was well stocked and clean. The secondary bedroom mattress was intensely uncomfortable. The downstairs shower would without warning change from warm water to quite cold. It did this multiple times throughout the shower without warning. With a better mattress in the secondary bedroom, and detention to the downstairs shower. This would be a phenomenal place to stay next to Baylor University. Also note when you check in, the air...

"This hotel was convenient for what I wanted to do. Although it looked like it had been recently updated it was not a very good update. The door would stay open because it would catch on the carpet so you had to be very careful to make sure the door was shut before you left. Also, there was a dirty washcloth in the bathroom."

"We didn't like anything about the room, it was an old property that was poorly upgraded, we had water damage above the shower, the the floors in the bathroom have yuk in the corners, the shower leaks in the floor. The beds are uncomfortable, they need more pillows, the free breakfast was cereal, the parking lot has pot holes it terribly needs repaving"
