"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished, and having a stove and refrigerator along with a separate living/dining room was a definite plus. The 24/7 coffee and hot chocolate machine in the lobby was another perk, as were the hot tub and large (albeit shallow) pool. "The host was on site when we arrived and greeted us graciously and efficiently. The room was clean and spacious, with a beautifully renovated bathroom (Room 5). The bed was a bit soft for our taste, but comfortable. There was no place to hang clothes, but there was plenty of drawer space in the bureau and bed stands. The reservation portal indicates the room has a hair dryer and a microwave oven, but it does not. They are still in renovation mode, so the outer appearance of the property still...

"Property is adequate, though rundown. The building is undergoing renovations, and hopefully, a better hotel will emerge. The suite was clean with nice views of the surrounding area, but the living room area was dated, and the kitchen was undersized. We did not utilize the pool or the restaurant. Overall, I would rank the hotel as good, but be aware that construction is ongoing. Location is very good, within walking distance to several restaurants and stores."

"The door handle and door mechanism in my room was covered in dust. The door to the bathroom had a hard time closing because it was warped. There was a large stain on the rug. There was a spider on the curtains. I left after one night of a two night stay."

"The hotel is easy to find. It is clean, neat, and tidy. We checked in early - great! My one concern is the 800 grit sandpaper for toilet paper. Motel 6 uses better toilet paper. Unfortunately, the bean counters won. They have a great price on toilet paper, and the property suffers as a result. Everyone and everything was great. The toilet paper was from the 1950's - honest. Sorry to have to report this. Hopefully, this will get someon's attention."

Rooms (especially the bathrooms and baseboard heaters) are somewhat dated and could use a refresh. Visited during a chilly time of the year and thermostat was tricky to operate. Heat was set not to go above 75 degrees, which was less than ideal."
