"Our hostess Shona greeted us upon our arrival and showed us where everything was located. The two bedroom apartment was immaculate and had all we needed for a delightful stay. As we were going to the Hobbiton movie set, the location was perfect since it was just a 15 minute car ride away."

"We stayed in apartment 5 ,ground floor 3 x bedrooms 2 x bathrooms, no sea view , however this apartment was perfect for us! Clean, spacious self contained apartment , washer and drier bonus. Excellent location , easy walking distance to beach , fabulous cafes, restaurants and bars. Don't forget to checkout the Crowsnest roof-top look-out , gorgeous 360 views. Very easy check-in , staff were very helpful."

"Very fun experience, we lived in the front side of airplane. Space is a little small, but fun experience. The front desk guy is super helpful and recommended some good food for us."

"The staff are very kind and the apartment was amazing. I enjoyed cooking there as well. One of the bathrooms was but smelly somehow and the other bathroom had water issues after shower ( water leakage) but, apart from that, everything was great! We will come back again :) Thank you"

The unit could have been cleaner - the outside of the fridge was dirty, toilet wasn’t properly cleaned, vanity sink not properly cleaned. Unusually the policy included washing our own dishes or being charged extra. Could not get hold of anyone to try and check in an hour early. Not a big deal, but would have appreciated a call back.
