"From the start, the communication with Liz was very prompt and clear. All I needed to know was provided to us. The chalet was clean and the bathrooms are modern. We did not feel rushing on check out during our final day which added value to the whole experience. Shame the next New Zealand Dragon Boat Nationals will be held elsewhere next year, otherwise, I would have booked again. Maybe for some other trip down in Karapiro. Awesome service, Liz and team!"

"The old style camp facilities were acceptable and the location and outdoor landscape was good. Unfortunately the damp musty smell in the cabin was overpowering which impacted negatively."
