A very luxurious hotel with large rooms and a private spa with hot tub which we enjoyed. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were lovely and the dinner was delicious and great value.

Very nice property and helpful staff at check in. The bed was very comfortable and the property was very clean. small issues, the toilet was constantly running and it would have been nice to have beer glasses.

Had a great stay at the Queenslander in Raglan. Everything was smooth, comfortable, and exactly as expected. The place was clean, well‑kept, and made for an easy, relaxing visit. Would happily stay again.

Very pleasant check in and the room was spacious and very clean. The view of the lake was amazing and the chairs on the balcony were very comfortable so great to sit and enjoy it. Good kitchen area and fridge with milk was a nice touch. Easy 20 min walk into town. Would definitely book again. Thank you.

Room was a good size with all the amenities we needed. Manager was very friendly. Smart TV in room with good WiFi were nice bonuses.

We stayed here for 2 nights in the luxury studio. We had stunning views out to the lake, great to enjoy from the balcony. Room was well equipped and had plenty of space. There was a regular pool and also a geo-thermally heated pool which was really relaxing and amazingly hot!! Hosts were really friendly and helpful with advising on activities to do whilst we were there. (would defientley recommend a kayak trip to see the mauri carvings). Owner gave us such a lovely welcome with great suggestions to make Our Stay even better. The 10% Discount at O’Malleys was used twice where we had 2 fantastic reasonably priced meals - beware the Portions are very large
