"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. One of its biggest highlights is the excellent location, with easy access to many of the area’s main attractions. Whether you’re sightseeing, shopping, or dining, everything is conveniently nearby, making it easy to explore without spending too much time traveling. The hotel is also well connected by public transportation, making it simple to get around. The rooms were clean but could improved, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and a perfect base to explore the city. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers"

"We loved our stay! The hotel is in an awesome location and has almost everything you need within the property. That said- the pools and beach were crowded- hard to get seating. We did enjoy the adult pool, but would have liked to take advantage of the other pools/beach too. Staff was helpful, property beautiful, room quiet and clean. Close proximity to buses, which we used for our stay."

"Overall experience was EXCELLENT! PERFECT LOCATION. Walking distance from everything. We stayed in a beachfront suite that slept 5 people. Wow! It was breathtaking. Here are a few things that would have been nice to know. 1. Daily valet parking $85.00 USD/day or Self parking $65.00 USD/day. 2. A daily resort fee of $63.00 USD/day. Keep in mind these fee's are not included in your overall booking fee you pay prior to arrival. The rooms also had toilet bidet, which we did not utilize as their was a wired smell when it came on, so we unplugged it. After that, the smell was gone. Overall, it was such a great experience even with the mishaps."

"Check-in was quick and efficient. Lobby, elevators and hallways were spotless. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped with coffee maker, refrigerator and a toaster oven. The balcony was a nice place to sit and watch the tourists walking about."
