"Everything was amazing, hotel super clean, location is exceptional, casino and pools are pretty good. I had the fountain view room and I totally recommend it. The only bad experience I had was that I was charged +$600 room service for like 4 or 5 bottles of water. I think it's excessive and specially if the weather is extremely hot outside.
Other than that, I highly recommend staying there, I would do it again just don't drink them bottles of water."

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Stayed at the rush tower which is smoke free site it was nice, room service done on request, only thing I didnt like was too loud once you came down to the casino and lobby area, smoke throughout. Its a party hotel so there is something always going on so if you are looking for something quieter this wont be the best pick. I did get a good deal on the price for 4 nights even though we went on a busy weekend."

"The hotel was well staffed. Everyone was nice, courteous and professional. My only issue was with the toilet tissue roll in my bathroom. When housekeeping cleans the rooms they fold the toilet tissue in a rectangle and that's how you know they've been there. My room's toilet tissue was folded in the nice triangle, but was wet. I had to uneoll it until it was no longer wet. Not a pleasant thing to do as I did not know what the wetness was from."
