"What a unique property. Staying on an airport runway in a converted hangar with real planes was a highlight. We are so glad that we chose Pukaki Air Lodge. Mary is a wonderful host and made our stay so enjoyable. We loved our tour of the hangar and seeing the planes. Our room was spacious and so well appointed. The facilities were excellent: comfy bed, good shower, kitchen with dishwasher & full size fridge. The apartment was lovely and spacious & sunny & quiet. Would recommend this to other travelers."
