"The host and the room itself and the overall facilities were excellent. We cannot fault them in any way. However…We arrived to no electricity and to our shock and disappointment - no generator. It meant on a very cold night and after a very long drive from Wānaka - we were in the dark with only a torch with no heating. We noted some other accommodation nearby had generators. There was also no internet or mobile service which made it for a very interesting evening. Overall, putting aside most...
