"We had three people in the room. When we arrived the sofa bed was not made. When asked about it they said we would have to make the bed ourselves. I asked twice for another blanket. After one-half hour I had to hunt down a room service person and went with her to get a blanket"

"Beautiful resort. Parking can be difficult, recommend a small car with good brakes (steep hill). Pool is lovely. Morning yoga was relaxing. "

"We enjoyed the approximity to the ocean and the beautiful view. The property was getting much needed repairs as we were leaving, and the room some improvement but was clean and well stocked with supplies and amenities. The only issue was the oven was out, but our rep Katie ordered us a pizza which we appreciated very much. Thanks for the stay"

"Our stay at the Ala Moana was amazing! The food was also amazing, but would have loved a little more options. Otherwise, the food options were tasty and limitless. The staff in the cafe were also wonderful, but by far, Heavenly was the most amazing!!! She goes above ans beyond, always with a smile. She's very heavenly, and very unforgetable! "The hotel itself is in good condition and the rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Staff friendly. The negatives were foremost the location. It is situated on the outskirts of Waikiki and borders a neighborhood that doesn’t feel entirely safe. The other downside is there are only 2 elevators for 20 floors.
