"This is an excellent property and great location. It served as a convenient and fun home base for us. The amenities were great but weren’t well-communicated so we didn’t get to take full advantage of them. We would definitely recommend this to families and really enjoyed our stay!"

The location was centrally located for going either direction on the island. The problem was that homeless were prevalent around the area. "There is no AC in the units. If you have any issues do not expect a return call. These are older units and we had many items that did not operate in the room — the fan (essential) and the tub (essential). Property is nice and view is amazing on the Cliff"

"Check in process needs improved. Room should have been ready at 3 but it wasn't. So after 4 I asked again and they were able to put us in a different room (same type) that was ready. I'm not sure why they didn't do this in the first place. Also, right at prime check in time between 3-4 pm, 2 out of the 3 front desk workers left/went on break leaving Grace alone.
