"It was a good clean room"

"I was in unit 321 and had a view of the ocean. It was a nice view for a view room. Pros: great location, it is a pretty property right next to the ocean and a 5 mile walking path, next to the marketplace with shops and restaurants, comfortable bed, great amenities that included a microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, utensils, plates, cups, glasses, mini refrigerator, nice big tv, the room was clean, the staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The water may be to rough to swim at...

"This was the worst experience I’ve ever had!!! I checked into a dirty room. Talked to front desk staff, when I told her the room was dirty, she looked at me and said “ what do you want me to do about it?” she rudely sent a cleaner with me to my room, I showed her, Then she told me I was too picky & would bring me cleaning supplies that I could clean it myself. "Room had a roof leak which soaked our room floor we didn’t notice at first and laid our bags down as we walked in and completely soaked our stuff. The pool was nice great location, parking is terrible. The front entrance of the resort was under construction and everything was just very outdated for the price you pay. Great location though. "

"Food selection was minimal, felt nickle and dimed for everything, the walls are very thin, do not pay for an upgraded room it was not worth it. Hotel added nearly $1000 in fees or charges above what I paid through expedia for my trip. It was good they had a pool as the beach is not swimmer friendly. Do not eat here there is cheaper/better food available with a 5 minute walk."

"The property itself is beautiful and everything went smoothly at first. However, there were significant issues that impacted our overall experience. We saw multiple roaches in the unit, which was concerning from the start. On our last evening, the unit flooded due to an adjacent rooms problem. We had maintenance in and out for several hours, disrupting our evening. While the issue was eventually addressed, there was no meaningful compensation for the time we were impacted, no move to another...
