"Our stay at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo started off on the wrong foot and unfortunately never improved. Upon arrival, my husband approached the concierge with a simple question. The woman working there abruptly dismissed him, telling him he needed to wait in a very rude and condescending tone, as if she were speaking to a five-year-old. It was a disappointing and unpleasant way to begin what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation.
